Welcome to Yeh! I am thrilled to be your faculty in residence, and I look forward to being a part of the intellectual and social life of Yeh college.  

I have been a Lecturer in the Department of Molecular Biology since Fall 2020. I received my Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from UCONN, with a focus in Virology and Molecular Biology. As a lecturer, I primarily focus on teaching undergraduates. I enjoy having conversations with students about advancements in science and its roles in society. 

I am Palestinian, and I grew up both in the USA and the West Bank. I love traveling, cooking, playing tennis and watching live performances. Please invite me to your music, dance or theater performances; I will try my best to attend!
