Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor at PNI, having joined Princeton at the start of 2022. My research is at the interface of neurobiology, biomechanics, and behavior and studies the flight behavior of the fruit fly. I received my Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Washington, where I studied the collection and processing of sensory information in insect wings, and my B.A. in Biology from Swarthmore College. I am not only a native of NJ, I am from the Princeton area and attend(ed) more than my share of Tigers football and lacrosse games. I also enjoy running, crossword puzzles, and playing board games with my family. Don't hesitate to reach out anytime.
