Yeh College is led by the Head of College, Professor Yair Mintzker, who sets the priorities for the college and organizes activities that enrich the lives of Yeh College students; Dean Alexis Andres, who is responsible for general oversight of academic affairs and student life and advising of juniors and seniors; Junhow Wei, the Assistant Dean for Studies who is responsible for first-year and sophomore academic advising and programming; Claire Pinciaro, Assistant Dean for Student Life, who works closely with the Residential College Advisers and Community Living Advisers and supports students with matters related to health and well-being, residential life, social engagement, and community standards; Giancarlo Ponticello, Residential Life Coordinator, who advises the College Council and works closely with Dean Pinciaro to assist in cultivating a welcoming and cohesive residential community as well as to support and promote the health, safety and well-being of Yeh students. Amy Nash, the College Program Administrator, who supervises the budget and operations; and Tris Larracey, the College Office Coordinator, who works closely with the Dean, Assistant Deans for Studies and for Student Life, and College Program Administrator to make sure students are connected to the right resources at Yeh and in the greater Princeton community.
