Research Interests: intergroup interactions

Nicole Shelton earned her B.A. in psychology from the College of William and Mary and her PhD in psychology from the University of Virginia. She was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Michigan. Her primary research focuses on how Whites and ethnic minorities navigate issues of prejudice in interracial interactions and how people form friendships across racial lines.
