Research Interests: Science, technology, and international security.

Sebastien Philippe is a scientist and associate research scholar with the Program on Science and Global Security at Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs. Sebastien is also an associate faculty at Sciences-Po's Center for International Studies in Paris. His research covers nuclear weapons, emerging technologies, environmental justice, and international peace and security issues. He has served in the French Ministry of Defense, holds a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton, and has been a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard.
