Hey Yeh! I'm Sheetal, a senior from Morristown, New Jersey studying Operations Research & Financial Engineering with a certificate in French Language and Culture.

On campus, I am involved with Club Swim, Tiger Investments, Princeton Debate Panel, and Princeton University Non-Profit Consulting. Also, as part of the Brooklyn College Success program, I collaborate with alumni to lead mentoring trips to low-income high schools in Brooklyn over fall and spring break.

The memories that I treasure most from freshman year are the small moments like nighttime walks with friends, laughing for hours with my roommates, and of course, late meals. I also enjoy spending time in the welcoming spaces in and around Yeh. I’ve had some of my most productive study sessions in the seminar rooms in Yeh, and I love starting my mornings with friends in the NCW Coffee Club.

When I started college, I decided that I wanted to branch out from what I was involved in as a high schooler. Now, my extracurriculars, and even my major, are very different from what I did in high school; as a high school senior, I thought I wanted to be pre-med! I am happy to help first-years navigate their evolving interests and support them as they try new things at Princeton.
